Training can be conducted anywhere at any given time. My clients are from all over the world and every walks of life. We all share the drive to improve our overall fitness level. The TurboCore
Workout training program can be performed anywhere as long as you have at least bodylength space and a desire to achieve the ultimate fitness superiority.
Am I a professional trainer?
Yes. I studied in sports and fitness for many years and have trained over 75,000 people in my career. Just check out the “About Me“ page for more details about my biography.
Why should I spend money on a personal trainer? I can do it by myself.
Of course, you can spend money on a trainer but why? I believe that my fitness DVD main purpose is to motivate and help you develop a customized training program that corresponds to your
requirements, problems, and goals. In addition to that it will save you hundreds of dollars on a trainer leaving you with a nice little nest egg to go on the vacation and show off that TurboCore
Workout body.
How often can I perform TurboCore Workout?
That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. Usually, I would suggest two to three days a week followed with cardio in between. The perfect
combination.
